Eligibility for Return/Exchange
We offer a 15-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery. However, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged due to intimate hygiene reasons. These include:
– Panties
– Legwear
– Shapewear
– Swimwear
– Nightwear other than pyjama and shorts set
– All accessories
– Bralettes
– Cami Bras
– Tube bras
– Lingerie Sets
You may return or exchange items such as bras (excluding bralettes, cami bras, tube bras, and lingerie sets), and pyjama or shorts nightwear sets for size issues or product faults, subject to availability.
Products Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
Products that fall under the following categories are not eligible for return or exchange:
– Worn products
– Products that appear washed
– Products with missing tags
– Soiled/stained products with glitter or other particles
– Products emitting perfume/lotion fragrance or body odour
– Products without original packaging
– Clearance sale items
– Products purchased using special offers, coupon codes, or seasonal promotions
Please note that each product can be exchanged only once, and exchanged products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Process of Return/Exchange
If your product meets our return/exchange policies, you can initiate the process by following these steps:
- Log in to your Bodique account and place an order exchange on the orders page.
2. Call our customer care agents at 8802246181 for assistance.
3. Connect with us through our Support Portal by sending an email with your order ID and product images attached.
4. Once initiated, a courier agent will pick up the product within 48 hours.
Please note that the pickup of the product does not guarantee approval for return/exchange. Our examination team will assess the product within 4-7 business days and approve the request accordingly.
